The challenge of this project was the complexity of balcony design. The balcony edge supports were extremely difficult curved bent beams with various radius, all in one span of the beam, as well as the balcony fascia support was made of curved bent HSS frames. We have also dealt with complicated bent raker beams fabricated from W30 beams, some of which measured up to 73’-4”. Even the trusses on this job were assembled from 3 smaller trusses, with the longest one being 139’-4” long.
